1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Renuva website and our renovation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from using our services or this website.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
2. Our Services
Renuva Ltd provides property renovation and related services in the UK. This includes consultation, planning, construction, refurbishment, and finishing work for residential and select commercial properties.
Service availability may vary depending on geographical location, scope, and legal permissions (e.g. planning or building control approval). We reserve the right to decline a service request if it does not meet our operational or compliance criteria.
3. Estimates, Quotations & Pricing
Estimates are provided for general guidance only. Quotations are formal offers based on detailed project discussions, measurements, and specifications. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing includes labour, materials, equipment, and project management. Unforeseen changes, client-requested variations, or regulatory changes may affect the final cost. Clients will be informed in advance of any such adjustments.
4. Payments and Deposits
A deposit (typically 30–40% of the total quoted cost) is required prior to the start of any project. Interim payments are scheduled at project milestones, with the final payment due upon practical completion and before handover.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (preferred), credit/debit card (subject to surcharge), or online invoice payment. Failure to pay as agreed may result in delayed works, additional charges, or legal action.
5. Right to Cancel and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, residential clients have the right to cancel services within 14 days of signing the service agreement or quotation acceptance. Cancellation must be made in writing.
Refunds will be issued, minus reasonable deductions for services or goods already provided. Cancellations made after the statutory period may be subject to additional charges, particularly where work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to complete all projects on time. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material supply issues, labour shortages, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
We are not liable for losses arising from such delays, but we will always inform clients promptly and adjust timelines accordingly.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide clear access to the property during working hours
Secure pets, valuables, and children from work zones
Disclose known issues (e.g. structural or electrical faults)
Obtain landlord or freeholder permission if required
Clients causing avoidable delays or obstruction may be liable for associated costs.
8. Insurance & Liability
Renuva Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance. We accept liability for damage or injury directly caused by our negligence up to the limit of our insurance cover.
We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, or delays caused by third-party contractors unless appointed by us. Clients are responsible for insuring their own contents and property.
9. Warranties
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all renovation work, unless otherwise stated. Product and material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, natural disasters, or any modification not authorised by us.
10. Intellectual Property
All plans, drawings, 3D renders, text, and website content are the intellectual property of Renuva Ltd unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not use our work for resale or reproduction without our written permission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the UK’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the County Court of England and Wales.
